How do I return an item?
We offer a 30 day warranty on our items. We will ship out, at our expense, replacement items for those that are defective. The items will be shipped via regular mail unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon. We can not offer returns of used products. We are willing to work with our customers who are not satisfied, but we are under no obligation to accept returns of used products because it is no longer needed or wanted. Returns on unused and unopened products may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns on glassware or flavouring.
